See if this explanation indicates a nefarious mother.
(Access Complaint)
The respondent performed service at the child's recital on June 6
2009. At the end of recital the child confirmed with the respondent
that she wasn’t angry with him. No issues between the respondent and
the child existed until the child’s email two days after recital and
the complaint was in regard to serving documents at the recital.
Respondent emailed the child to explain that without an address he had
to serve in person.
The applicant’s response is filed and the access complaint is now
regarding topics of conversation between the respondent and the child.
Subsequent email indicates the child's confusion surrounding the
current proceedings and that access cancellations are a result of her
disapproval of topics of conversation.
