This new story is interesting. Note that, although all those
who owe the money are men, they are referred to as "people." Note
also that these men are said to owe the money to their children, as
the state agency knows -- and the reporter should have known -- they
don't owe the money to their children. They owe it to the mothers of
the children.
In virtually all cases, "child support" money is owed by adult
men to adult women. However, the CS bureaucrats will go to
considerable lengths to conceal the truth.

CLEVELAND -- Twelve people were indicted in Cuyahoga County for
failure to pay a combined $345,000 in child support.
The charge of criminal nonsupport carries a maximum sentence of one
year in prison.
Some of the money used to pay for tracking down the defendants came
from a $150,000 grant from the Federal Office of Child Support
Enforcement.
According to prosecutors, these are the defendants and their debts:
Patrick Morrison, 43, of Akron, on three counts of criminal
non-support. He owes $47,621 to his 19-year-old child.
Christopher Dowdley, 28, of Cleveland, was indicted on three counts
of criminal non-support. He owes $13,251 to his 8-year-old child.
James Dorsey, 29, of Cleveland, was indicted on three counts of
criminal non-support. He owes $22,694 to his 9-year-old child.
Roger Evans, 39, of Mansfield, was indicted on two counts of
criminal non-support. He owes $9,748 to his 13-year old-child.
Clifford Jones, 49, of Cleveland, was indicted on three counts of
criminal non-support. He owes 17,581 to his 12-year-old child.
Phillip Polhe, 38, of Lihue Kauai, Hawaii, was indicted on two
counts of criminal non-support. He owes $21,397 to his 18-year-old
child.
Marius Dinu, 44, of Lakewood, was indicted on one count of criminal
non-support. He owes $45,313 to his 11-year-old child.
Robert Kuhm, 37, of Cleveland, was indicted on three counts of
criminal non-support. He owes $18,260 to his 17-year-old child.
Leonard Cartwright, 34, of Cleveland, was indicted on two counts of
criminal non-support. He owes $15,726 to his two children, ages 9 and
11.
Ricky Hall, 44, of Cleveland, was indicted on two counts of criminal
non-support. He owes $17,988 to his 20-year-old child.
Michael Wilcox, 50, of Cleveland, was indicted on two counts of
criminal non-support. He owes $31,998 to his 17-year-old child.
Gerald White, 51, of Fort Myers, Florida, was indicted on two counts
of criminal non-support. He owes $132,418 to his 13-year-old child.
