If you really don't know, you can always look toward history, before
the U.S.A was even a country. Child support has always been around.
Child support is a revised work of the poor laws of 1601.

*******************************************************

Current child support is based on old Soviet (yep, Communist Russia)
law.
It was imported to the US by a man named Irwin Garfinkle and expanded by
another man named Robert Williams of Policy Studies, Inc., who just so
happens to make a living off of child support (funny thing that).
Before the current exercise in social experimentation, custody went to
fathers but mothers were not expected, certainly not forced to provide
anything to the children.
Of course this was all before "strong women" demanded the government
force others to give them what they thought they deserved but were
unable to obtain on their own.

True. The only thing they have a problem with is the name; they love the
practice, however.

Let's get it right, shall we? Liberals love socialism. Conservatives, when
they see it, will actively fight against it. And few have seen it for what
it is, which explains why the Liberal agenda is screaming full speed,
trashing the country as it goes along.

Yes, but the Conservatives don't do anything about it either, so their
silence must be a sign of agreement.

Maybe many people are just ignorant of the fact that when they divorce, the
male will come under direct control of the State and has open access to all
his financial information and wealth. If he does not comply with the State
demands, he is thrown into prison. So much for living in a Free society!

You can bet none of bankers will ever go to jail!
