For the moment we'll forget about the other party’s false affidavit.
The court need not be satisfied no matter how many job applications,
training programs or fortune tellers is shown even when the inability
may be valid.

The experience from beginning to end has been demoralizing by the
other parent’s insistence to demonize her perceived rival and to scoop
up the legal benefits of that action. I’ve thought of trying to
demonstrate these effects on an already tenuous career but it is
difficult without medical reports attesting to the same.

I may have however, been able to show that after the last five years
of relatively regular access all contact with the child ended the day
I served the other party with a copy of my motion. Her claim that this
was child’s wishes as not been verified. No email, no messaging, no
phone calls and no visitation since the date of service.

Most telling of all was the falsification of her affidavit and her
response to my motion. I point to both of these in my reply. Her
response is flooded with claims and requests of which most, if not all
appear to have no basis. This overwhelming response coupled with the
false affidavit indicates how she is abusing the family law, abusing
her parental authority, abusing the rights of her own child and those
of the child’s father.
