An East Tennessee couple is charged with incest after the two
allegedly bribed the woman's daughters with drugs in exchange for
sexual activity.

WVLT VOLUNTEER TV News' Chloe Morroni reports.

Blount County sheriff's officials say incest happens more often than
we would like to think. At the Blount County Sheriff's Office, they
charge people with incest or other forms of child sexual molestation
every couple of weeks. But they say this case is particularly
disturbing.

"It's disgusting to think a mother and stepfather would treat these
kids the way they've been treated and compelled to do things that just
aren't normal," says Chief Deputy Ron Dunn.

Jeffrey Williams, 39, and Lei Williams, 36, are charged with incest.
Authorities say after a domestic violence call to the couple's
Greenback home, the woman's two daughters -- both of whom are under
the age of 16 -- told deputies about the alleged sexual incidents. "To
put it in their words, it was a family party, and there were drugs
offered in exchange for sex," Dunn says.

Authorities say the girls, who had become addicted to cocaine, were
providing sexual favors to their stepfather and were being given the
drug as a reward. Deputies say the girls' mother participated in
sexual activities with all of them. "This apparently began in November
of last year and was ongoing until March of this year, so there were
several incidents involved here," Dunn says.

"Kids that have been sexually abused are much more likely to have
substance abuse problems and depression and tend to become more
aggressive or sexually promiscuous or both," says child psychiatrist
Dr. John Robertson.

He says if you know of a child in a sexually abusive situation, it is
your business to help get them out. "Unfortunately, a lot of the
incestuous sexual abuse gets propagated to the next generation if
intervention isn't done to help that person deal with it," Robertson
says.

Time for some assumptions.

Hmmmm, I wonder if "MOM" was considered the better parent by a judge, who
based his decision not on parenting skills or other obvious negativities,
but on the fact that the mother had a vagina. I am sure the daughters can
testify to that fact as well as STEPDAD's anatomy. Meanwhile the biological
father, probably an upstanding citizen and loving father, was ripped out of
his childrens lives. I wonder if "MOM" used child support money to buy the
cocaine to coax the daughters into sex with dear old STEP DADDY? The best
part is, the girls will be returned to the same home even if the biological
father would be fighting for custody.

That's a hell of a lot of assuming. I wonder what this article has to do
with child support? Nothing mentioned.

Assume away.

Most likely, about the only way I can be wrong is if BioDad is dead.
What does it have to do with child support? Nothing, however they failed to
mention whether or not she was receiving child support. If she was receiving
support, I guess BioDad could be guilty of something since some of his funds
would have been diverted to purchase the coke. And if he didn't pay for it,
then it was his fault cause he didn't spend enough time with his
daughters????????
Does it make you feel better now that it's DAD's fault?

Yeah, it makes me feel better. WTF are you talking about? There is nothing
in that story that makes me feel better. Its a bunch of screwed up people
raising kids just as screwed up as them. Doesn't matter who's to blame, the
damage is done.

My point, which you may never see is .......
Where was BIODAD and what a shame if he was a child support paying visitor
in their lives like the SYSTEM creates. Quite possibly he fought the good
fight for custody and lost in court. Meanwhile the assumed judges pick and
her new spouse was doing The Kernal Sanders bit with their daughters.

You know, The Kernal......fingerlickngood

I see your point but don't see a point in making so many assumptions. Maybe
the bio father is dead. Maybe he doesn't give a rats ass about his kids. To
many maybe's to even bother with.
