Much needed Child Support Reform

I have been so frustrated lately with the blantant discrimination
against my children, by the CSED. The statues are designed to
discourage someone who already has children to have a new family. The
problem with this is that I was never married before my husband. I
never had the oppurtunity to have my children fully supported by their
father, due to his obligation to designate the greater share of his
income to only one child.

I have recently written a letter to each and every house rep and
senator in my state. I am enouraging you to do the same. Start
contacting your State Officals about this discrimination. Push your
state representatives to look into Child Support Reform. If enough
parents of subsequent children keep on their state reps, maybe someone
will listen.

Well, they persecute NCPs for having more children. The CP can happily breed
with reckless
abandon.

This is precisely why this is not a male or female issue.

It's an issue that we are all effected by and should be banning
together to send a strong message to the legal communities everywhere
that they can no longer destroy family relationship in order to
maintain an income stream for themselves.

It's time the scales of justice get rebalanced.

When dollars replace relationships, we all suffer.

Good Luck Erin,

ARGGGG!!!! I sent a letter to 100 house reps in all the districts of
my state....and 45 state senators....and do you think I have gotten a
response? Well....I did get two responses....both of them
saying....your rep is.....we have forwarded your letter to him....duh!
I know who my rep is....but he Won't respond.....that's why I sent the
letters out to all the Reps. The funny part is this....one of the
State Reps that responded with..."your rep is...." is actually the
Chairman of the Department of Human Services Comittee in the State
House of Reps....This is the One that SHOULD be hearing my concerns
about the constitutional value of the current state policies regarding
Child Support....as he is the head of the commitee that deals with the
laws regarding child support.....and he was the first one to respond
with...."Your rep is...." Well...the rep in my area is on the
Arguculture commitee....but, hey, some farmers pay child support, too,
right?

Learn From the poor California Indians who had to fight for their rights to
govern their own govern nation. They found a loop hole that the Feds didn't
bank on, it's called Gaming rights, and the poor dumb Indians ( or so the
authorities thought) are now raking in $9 Billion a year from Casinos and
use this money to fight legal battles that they often win.

In America, justice has nothing to do with right or wrong, it's all about
how much money you have to afford the proper people to speak up for your
cause.

Sorry, letters accomplish nothing, but written subpoenas to announce they
are being sued gets their attention real quick, but that costs money, and
lots of it!
